Amar, Akbar, and Anthony are close friends living in Kochi. Amar works at the Center mall, Akbar is the lift operator at a hospital and Anthony works at CUSAT. They enjoy a carefree life without bothering what happens around them. The only person to whom they have some kind of attachment and regard is Pathu, daughter of Rasmeena, who lives at Amar's house. Their perceptions and beliefs get shattered with an unexpected event and the resulting story forms the plot of 'Amar, Akbar, Anthony'. Namitha Pramod does the female lead as dancer Jeny. 'Amar, Akbar, Anthony' is directed by mimicry artist-actor-singer-lyricist Nadirshah. The movie also features Siddique, Kalabhavan Shajon, Ramesh Pisharody, Idavela Babu, Sreeraman, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Kalinga Sasi, Chali Pala, Pradeep Kottayam, Vishnu Unnikrishnan, Srinda Ashab, K P A C Lalitha, Bindu Panicker,Priyanka, Moly Kannamali, and Baby Meenakshy. 'Amar, Akbar, Anthony' is produced by Dr Zachariah Thomas and Alwin Antony under the banners of United Global Media Entertainment and Ananya Films. The script and dialogues are penned by Bibin George and Vishnu Unnikrishnan. Deepak Dev and Nadirshah are the music directors.
